Patricia and Norman said their favorite
thing about Preview Properties.com is
that their company’s leadership has the ability
to think outside the box and encourage
an entrepreneurial spirit among all of their
agents. One thing Preview Properties.com
feels that most people do not know is that
have strong affiliate programs for vendors of
insurance, title, residential mortgage, commercial
mortgage and commercial business
loans.
Preview Properties.com helps clients
purchase, sell and lease real estate throughout
real estate agents are responsible for marketing,
negotiating contracts and coordinating
with all parties to complete the sale.
Something Pat and Norm want the public
to know about their business is that the
real estate market is rebounding. According
to the Central Michigan Association of Realtors,
in 2011 the average residential sales
price was $86,173, a 2.17% increase to 2010
and a 6.29% increase to 2009.
If Preview Properties.com had to describe
their business in three words it would
be Challenging- Changing- Rewarding and
they pride their business on being ethical,
customer focused and service oriented.
Their biggest challenge has been staying
current on the many laws, rules and contracts
that are required to protect buyers and
sellers in a fluid market place.
