What if I received my disqualificationoutside of Queensland?If you have been disqualified from holding or obtaining a driver licence outsideof Queensland, then you need to seek advice from a lawyer in the location whereyour disqualification was imposed to find out whether you can apply to have yourdisqualification removed. You cannot have it removed by a Queensland court.If you have been disqualified outside Queensland from holding or obtaininga driver licence, then it is an offence to apply for or obtain a Queensland driverlicence without first having each of those other disqualifications removed.Remember, this guide relates to Queensland and cannot be used for removingdisqualifications outside Queensland.Legal Aid Queensland7

The identifying numbercan be found in the bottom right hand corner of the form. You can obtain theform at a Department of Transport and Main Roads Customer Service Centre ordownload it from the Department of Transport and Main Roads websitewww.tmr.qld.gov.auTake the completed form to a customer service centre to get a copy of your traffichistory. You will be able to find the address of the nearest centre to you by looking onthe Department of Transport and Main Roads website. You can telephone 13 23 80to find out what the current fee is to get a copy of your traffic history.
