3.5DSA and DDA SeriesCombinationSilencersUniversal’s DSA and DDA silencers arerecommended for small and medium sizeddiesel and petrol engines. They employ atwin or triple chamber design where an initiallow restriction expansion and diffusion ofthe exhaust gases takes place in a primaryreactive chamber. Attenuation of the higherfrequencies is obtained in the secondaryabsorptive section.
