We hereby register to participate in EuroMold 2011 and apply for the rental of stand space. The signatory to accept the general Conditions of participation at EuroMold 2011 as legally binding (see at<br />
www.euromold.com). We agree to make payments for our stand as follows: a) A down payment of 30% of the space rate is due on receipt of the first partial billing. b) An additional 20% of the space rate plus the<br />
promotion fee must be paid when the stand has been allocated by us. c) The remaining 50% is due for payment 8 weeks before the opening day of EuroMold. The third and last instalment will encompass costs<br />
for a shell scheme and additional charges. In case of delay in payment, the organiser is entitled to place another exhibitor on the allocated stand. The law of the Federal Republic of germany is applicable, the place<br />
of fulfilment and court of jurisdiction is Frankfurt am Main/germany. All fees are subject to 19% vAT.<br />
