We hereby register to participate in EuroMold 2011 and apply for the rental of stand space. The signatory to accept the general Conditions of participation at EuroMold 2011 as legally binding (see at<br />
www.euromold.com). We agree to make payments for our stand as follows: a) A down payment of 50% of the space rate is due on receipt of the first partial billing. b) The remaining 50% is due for payment 8<br />
weeks before the opening day of EuroMold. The second and last instalment will encompass costs for a shell scheme and additional charges. In case of delay in payment, the organiser is entitled to place another<br />
exhibitor on the allocated stand. The law of the Federal Republic of germany is applicable, the place of fulfilment and court of jurisdiction is Frankfurt am Main/germany. All fees are subject to 19% vAT.<br />
