Situation
Sometimes in life you need a change and you experience
phases of decision and upheaval. In those phases the
question about exactly how or whereto to change is
daunting. The psychological strain rises and personal
skills are not applicable anymore. People around you,
who are usually helpfully supportive, are overwhelmed or
involved.
You are going in circles looking for solutions.
Professional process control by an independent, trained
coach supports your own way of finding solutions.

Process
…systematically and temporarily accompanies a
development or change process in line with professional
or private reorientation.
The goal is the improvement or reconstitution of
professional achievement potential and private content.
I am specialized in culture reflexive coaching (intercultural
coaching, coaching in the multicultural context,
transcultural coaching).
According to my experience, a one-time coaching of 1.5
to 2 hours with a follow-up session is usually sufficient to
ease the worst pressure resulting from problems and to
gain a new perspective.
With regard to developing a stable new orientation or
applying your solution strategy, we jointly estimate how
many sessions within a determined period of time are
necessary to reach your goal.
The session schedule will be adjusted to your personal
preferences and needs.

analysis and goal alignment. Together, we examine your
current strategies and develop your personal solution
potential.

Coaching approach
Intercultural and scientific
All services are based on an intercultural perspective
which is an integral part for me due to international work
and life experiences. I am continuously involved in
academic discussions with scientific research, regular
teaching events, publications and lectures. This
background ensures the professionalism and further
development of own concepts that is so absolutely
essential, especially in a booming coaching market.
Reliable and self-determined
In the beginning we jointly define the current situation,
role distribution and the principal coaching objectives,
and determine the number of sessions in a coaching
arrangement. At the same time, however, the process will
remain in your hands, so that you can end the coaching
at any time after consulting with me.
Focused and process-oriented
Each coaching, whether a single session or a coaching
phase with several sessions, is oriented on the agreedupon
objective. At the same time there is room for
development, new questions and goal-adjustment.
Neutral and present
As all systemic coaches I act impartially and refrain from
moral or other judgments and personal opinions.
However, if you require viewpoints, concrete life
experiences or personal evaluations, I will use them
sparingly and selectively as a subjective presence to
advance the efficient development of solutions.
