The licensee will receive the software in binary executable <strong>for</strong>mat. The licensee may install and use the<br />
software on any numbers of computers at the site <strong>for</strong> which the license was given. The licensee is permitted to<br />
distribute the Software, in whole or in part, as long as the distributed files are <strong>for</strong> use with hardware products.<br />
The licensee may use the Software with any number of hardware products. There is no limit on the number of<br />
units which may be distributed. Please refer to the <strong>USB</strong> <strong>CDC</strong>/<strong>NCM</strong> <strong>Class</strong> <strong>Driver</strong> License Agreement <strong>for</strong> the<br />
complete terms of license.<br />
<strong>Driver</strong> Source Code Add-on License<br />
The licensee will receive the source code of the <strong>USB</strong> <strong>CDC</strong>/<strong>NCM</strong> class driver and is allowed to modify and<br />
compile this source code. The licensee may use the source code to develop derived software modules. The<br />
licensee may distribute such derived software modules in binary executable <strong>for</strong>m only.<br />
The source code license is only an add-on and requires a Runtime License. The <strong>USB</strong> <strong>CDC</strong>/<strong>NCM</strong> <strong>Class</strong> <strong>Driver</strong><br />
Source Code Add-on License can be ordered within 12 months of purchase of a Runtime License. Please refer<br />
to the <strong>USB</strong> <strong>CDC</strong>/<strong>NCM</strong> <strong>Class</strong> <strong>Driver</strong> License Agreement <strong>for</strong> the complete terms of license.<br />

Technical Support<br />
Each of the license fees given above includes 2 hours of premium technical support by e-mail or phone. All<br />
support services will be provided by a <strong>USB</strong> and device driver expert.<br />
Warranty<br />
The warranty period is 6 months. During this period <strong>Thesycon</strong> fixes issues free of charge.<br />
Update Prices<br />
If a new version of the <strong>USB</strong> <strong>CDC</strong>/<strong>NCM</strong> <strong>Class</strong> <strong>Driver</strong> is released an existing license may be updated to the new<br />
version according to the conditions below. A license update is possible within a period of 48 months after the<br />
license purchase or the last update.<br />
