<strong>22</strong><strong>mm</strong> 30<strong>mm</strong> Pneumatic Pilot Valve SystemIn order to meet the growing demand of thepneumatic industrial automation, AMISCO offers acomplete range of pneumatic solenoid pilot valveswith <strong>22</strong> <strong>mm</strong> and 30 <strong>mm</strong> width as a logical evolutionof the traditional range of coils and solenoidoperators, heart of any solenoid valve.This pilot valve system is designed for thoseapplications where high performance, highreliability and long life are specified.All the solenoid valves of this system are designedfor use with compressed air and consist of anencapsuled coil assembled on a valve with brasstube plastic and body.Please contact <strong>Amisco</strong> for use with other media.All given information are subjected to changes without notice.All the <strong>22</strong><strong>mm</strong> pilot valves feature:Coil:• heat resistant bobbin moulded with 30% glass filled thermoplastic polyester material• class H wire 200°C according to IEC 60317-13• built-in magnetic yoke made by low carbon iron• encapsulation with high quality specially designed glass filled polyamide (PA 6.6)Valve:• brass guiding tube• plunger and core made by a magnetic stainless steel specially designed for solenoid applications• polyester valve bodyThe pilot valve is designed for more than 50x10 6 cycles.The valve is normally equipped with NBR seals and bistable manual override, and it can be delivered withscrews for its assembling on the main valve units.The coil is designed and manufactured according to EN 60204.1 and VDE 0580 and it's suitable forindustrial ambient conditions.For use in different ambient with high humidity, take contact with <strong>Amisco</strong>.All the components used are UL-LISTED.The coil is also in conformity with 94/9/EC ATEX for electrical apparatus of group II, category 3.See the “EVI 7 S9 Solenoid System” for more information.Different electrical connections are available.More technical specifications are reported in the following pages.1
