Installation Instructions
� 1. DELTA ® -FASSADE is suitable for all back-vented
facing constructions featuring open joints up to
20 mm wide that cover no more than 20 % of the
surface. DELTA ® -FASSADE S may be used in conjunction
with all back-vented facing constructions
featuring joints up to 50 mm wide which cover no
more than 40 % of the surface. Lay out sheets
either horizontally or vertically with the smooth
side facing outward, pull taut, and fasten.
� 2. Overlaps between sheets should be approx.
10 cm wide.
� 3. Our permanently elastic cartridge adhesive,
DELTA ® -THAN, is ideal for windproofing overlap,
butt, and connection seams.
� 4. In wooden post and beam constructions,
DELTA ® -FASSADE/DELTA ® -FASSADE S sheeting
ensures a highly comfortable interior climate
because of its excellent physical characteristics.
To protect heat insulation layers from the inside,
DELTA ® air and vapour sheets are highly
recommended, such as DELTA ® -REFLEX, DELTA ® -
REFLEX PLUS or DELTA ® -LUXX.
� 5. In rehabilitation projects, DELTA ® -FASSADE/
DELTA ® -FASSADE S is the optimum solution for
creating a windproof facing construction (see par. 3).
� 6. For metal constructions, DELTA ® -FASSADE/
DELTA ® -FASSADE S is just right. To protect heat
insulation layers from the inside, DELTA ® air and
vapour sheets are highly recommended, such as
DELTA ® -REFLEX, DELTA ® -REFLEX PLUS or DELTA ® -
LUXX.
