TCM 900 CartridgesThese cartridges contain immediate drying inks, based on soluble dyes in organic medium. They are intended for use with our TC pneumatic markers. These inks provide satisfactory adherence on many substrates, on absorbent as well as nonabsorbentmaterials such as plastics and metals.Ref. for 10-cartridge packfor 24 x 24, 24 x 35 or 37 x 37 mmheadsRef. for 8-cartridge packfor 24 x 48 mm headsBLUE TCM 904 109559040 TCM 904 GM* 109569048BLACK TCM 901 109559010 TCM 901 GM* 1095690181 bottle of regenerating agent 1473 included per pack* please feel free to contact us concerning the delivery lead timeTechnical characteristics‣ ¾Colouring:dyes‣ ¾Support drying time• absorbent:immediate (indicative value)• non-absorbent:about 30 sec. You can use the regenerating agent several times, stop when you think the ink isbecoming too pale.Reactivation consists of wetting the fibrous mass, without adding too much liquid. The recommendedvolume is equivalent to that contained in the cap of the regenerating agent bottle. If a cartridge hasbecome dry, it will be ready for use 3 to 4 hours after reactivation.Since TCM 900 cartridges are multipurpose, we recommend that you carry out your own validation testsdepending on your marking method and specifications. On non-absorbent substrates, the drying speeds obtained with TCM 900 cartridges are faster than with ourTCM 207 cartridges.Cleaning and hygiene products• Nettol: cleaning solvent packed in 5 l cans, ref. 1014000.• Aeronet: aerosol cleaning solvent in packs of 6 spray cans, ref. 1041856.• Cellulose wadding: 2 rolls of 1500 precut sheets 35 x 29 cm, ref. 2545012.UseTCM 900 ink cartridges are extremely easy to use. They are also clean: the operator does not touch the ink. Some recommendations for the use and care of cartridges are given below (instructions for use aresupplied with each pack of cartridges):To obtain marking of sufficient contrast, store the cartridges with the cap downwards for 5 hours beforeusing them on the pneumatic marker. When installing the cartridge, put it in position after taking off the cap and removing the heatsealed foil.Check that the compressed air is on, so that the stamp is in standby position (stamp against the pad).Minimise the stoppage periods, leaving the cartridge open on the pneumatic machine, even when thestamp is against the pad. These precautions will make it easier to restart the marking operations and willprevent the ink from drying on the outside of the cartridge.ToxicologyTCM 900 cartridges contain inks manufactured with no heavy metal salts. They therefore comply withstandard EN 71 section 3, concerning the safety of toys. They also comply with decree 98/638 dated20 July 1998 (transposition of European directive 94/62CEE) which limits heavy metal contents in printinginks and varnishes for the marking of materials and objects in contact with foodstuffs.Only our Web-site is authorised to give real-time information about our inks.
