On top of that, we know thatwith the ZyXEL team we always have someoneat our side if ever something does not work asit should.I have to say that at the very beginning, thechassis switch of another well-known providerwas actually taken into consideration as well.However, in the end, the choice was quiteobvious: the configuration of the ZyXEL productwas much easier and, as I have said before, ZyXELoffered a better price/performance ratio.What can you tell us about the installation ofthe ZyXEL products?The chassis switch did not work perfectlystraight away (the problem was due to a mistakein the configuration and could be solved thanksto the technical engineers at ZyXEL Switzerlandsupport).
