2.4 Acrobatic Gymnastics2.4.1 European Championships in acrobatic gymnastics, Seniors andJuniorsEuropean Age Group Games in acrobatic gymnasticsThese European Championships and the European Age Group Gamesare organised, as a general rule, in the odd years. The programmeincludes the following competitions:- Men’s Pair- Women’s Pair- Mixed Pair- Women’s Group (3 gymnasts)- Men’s Group (4 gymnasts).2.5 Aerobic Gymnastics2.5.1 European Championships in aerobic gymnastics, Seniors andJuniorsThese European Championships are organised, as a general rule, in theodd years. The programme includes the following competitions forseniors and juniors:- Individual Women- Individual Men- Mixed Pairs- Trios (optional gender)- Groups composed of 5 gymnasts (optional gender).2.6 TeamGym2.6.1 European Championships TeamGym, Seniors and JuniorsThese European Championships are organised, as a general rule, in theeven years. The programme includes the following three subdivisions inthe categories juniors and seniors:- Women’s Teams- Mixed Teams- Men’s Teams.The following disciplines are compulsory for each participating team:- Floor programme- Tumbling- Trampet.Art. 3Entry Procedure3.1 For registration of entry are to be used the official forms, which are distributed toall national member federations, at the required time, by the UEG Secretariat.3.2 The dates of arrival at the UEG Secretariat are decisive. The deadlines are asfollows:Edition 2013 6
3.2.1 Provisional registration5 months before the date of the European Championship.3.2.2 Definitive registration of the gymnasts3 months before the date of the European Championship.The participation fee has to be paid at the same time.The federations have to send the nominative registration of the judgestogether with the definitive registration of the gymnasts.In the definitive registration it is possible to change the number ofparticipants compared to the provisional registration.After the deadline fixed for the definitive registration, no gymnast can beadded to the number of gymnasts entered in the definitive registration.No additional gymnast can be added on the nominative list or at theaccreditation.3.2.3 Nominative registrations of the gymnasts and officials4 weeks before the date of the European Championship.The list must include:- name and first name of the participants- date of birth (day, month, year) of the gymnasts.3.2.4 Nominative registration of the medical staffThe nominative registration of the medical staff of the delegations has tobe submitted at the same time as the nominative registrations of thegymnasts and officials. With this form, the qualification of the medicalstaff has to be proven.3.2.5 Participation feesThe amounts of the participation fees to be paid to the UEG have beendetermined as follows:Artistic gymnastics100.- Euro per gymnastRhythmic gymnastics100.- Euro per individual gymnast400.- Euro per groupTrampoline gymnastics100.- Euro per gymnast and per disciplineAcrobatic gymnastics100.- Euro per gymnast and per disciplineAerobic gymnastics100.- Euro per gymnast and per disciplineEdition 2013 7
