TeamGym400.- Euro per group.No participation fee has to be paid for reserve gymnasts.In case of non-participation or partial participation, the participation feewill not be reimbursed.3.2.6 FIG LicenceAll gymnasts, juniors, seniors and age groups, in all disciplines with theexception of TeamGym, must have a FIG licence. The licence has to bepresented at the accreditation and will be controlled.Gymnasts without a valid FIG licence will not be allowed to participate inthe European Championship.If a gymnast is not able to show his/her licence at accreditation, theOrganising Committee may check on the official FIG Website if therespective gymnast has a valid licence or not. 3.2.9 Sanctions - judgesIf a federation does not enter a judge or comes with an insufficientnumber of judges, the UEG will request payment of the amount indicatedin the below list:Requested by UEG NF comes with Sanction2 judges2 judges1 judge0 judges2000 Euro4000 Euro1 judge 0 judges 2000 Euro3.3 Cancellation of a competition due to an insufficient participationIf less than 5 federations submit a provisional registration for acategory/discipline, the competition in this category/discipline will be cancelled.3.4 Alterations of the nominative lists of the gymnastsAlterations of the above-mentioned nominative lists of the gymnasts are possibleonly in exceptional cases, and must be authorised by the President of the TCconcerned.Alterations will not be accepted later than 24 hours prior to the start of thecompetition unless the work-plan states otherwise.In case of illness/injury at the place of the event, the dispositions of the TR/FIG(Art. 4.2) will be applied.With regard to TeamGym, the following disposition will be applied: In cases ofillness or injury, confirmed by the official doctor of the European Championship,the affected gymnast can be replaced with the approval of the TC-TG Presidentwith the nominated reserve even during the competition.3.5 Work planThe work plan must be in possession of the federations and other personsconcerned six weeks at the latest before the competitions.Art. 4 Age, nationality and licence of the gymnasts, nationality of the judgesFor official UEG competitions, the participants must have the following minimum age in theyear of the event:SeniorsMen’s Artistic Gymnastics:Women’s Artistic Gymnastics:Rhythmic Gymnastics:Trampoline Gymnastics:Acrobatic Gymnastics:Aerobic Gymnastics:TeamGym:18 years16 years16 years17 years15 years18 years16 yearsEdition 2013 9
