BothTim and Terry Lawrence were the fastones in Medium but there were someserious threats by both Brett Lucas andScott Barlee throughout the race. WorldFormula Masters, another tight raceof the top 5, saw Chris Hatch get theearly jump on Schorn at the start andwas able to hold off any advances byhim. Gabriel Kajdy, right behind, justwaited for the opportune time and wasable to make a pass around Schorn latein the race with Bryan Green and DanaMcDonald bringing in the rest of thetop five for the race. And what a raceit was all weekend long for the ever socompetitive 4 Stroke classes!Shifters:The Italian Motors USA Team displayedtheir racing talent yet againin the Shifters class throughout theweekend with Michael Valiante settingthe pace on Saturday with a fastlap of 39.28, putting him on pole, followedby Scott Hargrove in 2nd, KellyBaker in 3rd, and Antony Halcrow inthe 4th place qualifying spot. The racerswent back and forth all weekendlong displaying some amazing driving.In Heat 1 Michael Valiante took1st place, followed by Kelly Baker in2nd, Scott Hargrove in 3rd, and AntonyHalcrow in 4th. In the end, a veryfast Michael Valiante took home thewin, with Kelly Baker in 2nd, ScottHargrove in 3rd, and Mike McGowanin the 4th place spot.IAME Leopard Jr 3:Artie Carpenter was the guy to beatin IAME Leopard as he qualified on polewith a fast lap of 39.96. Tanner Datesqualified 2nd, followed by Paige Wallinin 3rd, and Colton Shultz in 4th. In Heat2 a disappointed Artie Carpenter hadto pull off the track due to a mechanicalfailure, as a very eager Paige Wallinmade her way to the front for the win.Tanner Dates followed with a close 2nd,and Colton Schultz in 3rd. For the main,Artie Carpenter was able to get his kartback together, and took home the winfor the IAME Jr class. Colton Schultzmade his way up for the 2nd spot, followedby Tanner Dates in 3rd.Rotax Mini Max:If there was any way to win in thisclass, a rope would need to be thrownaround the #9 of Kyle Wick. He dominatedall weekend starting with a fastqualifying lap of 42.16 to put him onpole. Other up and coming young gunsto watch out for; Tyler Brown qualifyingin 2nd, Sting Ray Robb in 3rd, andMarco Eakins in 4th. Kyle Wick took thefirst place spot in Heat 1, while StingRay Robb eagerly made his way up to2nd, Tyler Brown followed in 3rd, withMarco Eakins in 4th.
