Category of builder, class of demolisher (medium rise buildings)A certificate issued by the Board, after examination of the applicant, certifying that theapplicant has adequate knowledge and experience to -a) Demolish buildings having a rise in storeys of not more than 5, excluding specialbuildings; andb) Undertake demolition stripping of any building.III.
