her undivided attention if you need to talk. She has a very active lifestyle. When she is<br />
not working to make her community stronger and better, she is practicing her culture on<br />
the land. She is my role model because she can do everything from shooting a moose and<br />
skinning it to bringing that value and important tradition to big executives who are trying<br />
to mine the land. She fights for her people on a daily basis in a boardroom by stressing<br />
the importance of our tradition and the land we use to keep our culture alive, by keeping<br />
that lifestyle going and teaching the future generations of leaders. I admire her the most<br />
because she is teaching me this same way of life.<br />
This is a world full of people being proactive and fighting to keep their values alive,<br />
values such as our history and our cultures. <strong>Aboriginal</strong> women leaders are crucial in this<br />
fight because they hold the knowledge and compassion to build the dream of a diverse<br />
yet equal world for tomorrow.<br />
