Goal – <strong>Kukumbat</strong> Gunwan DagaWork with remote communities andcommunity based nutrition programs in theJawoyn region to develop a region specificcookbook to support communities toincrease the level of capacity andempowerment, improve literacy andnumeracy skills and increase nutrition and<strong>food</strong> safety knowledge and practical skills.


How the cookbook was created:This process utilised a participatory planningmodel that allowed the women centres tohave genuine control and ownership over theall decisions made and process.
