DO NOT LEAVE VAULABLES IN HQ.SIGN ON WILL CLOSE AT 1000 WHEREUPON ANY RESERVES WHO HAVE SIGNED ON WILL BE NOTIFIED AND THE ORIGINALENTRANT WILL FORFEIT THEIR ENTRY. BCPUBLICITY FURNITURE WILL BE PRESENT.COURSE DIRECTIONS:RIDERS ARE REQUIRED TO MAKE THIER WAY FROM THE HQ AT GREAT MILTON TO THE MOTOR CYCLE DEALERSHIP ON THEA40 AT MILTON COMMON. CAUTION RIDE WITH THE KNOWLEDGE THAT THE ROAD OFTEN HAS FAST MOVING TRAFIC ANDYOU WILL HAVE TO MAKE A RIGHT TURN ONTO THE A40 TO ARRIVE AT THE MOTORCYCLE DEALERSHIP.A BRIEFING BY THE COMMISSIARES WILL TAKE PLACE AT THE START AT 10.20 SHARP, PLEASE BE ON TIME.START: Start just off the westbound A40 on the forecourt of the Triumph motorbike showrooms Hughenden M40.At the T-junction, turn left onto the A329 (M) and proceed straight through Little Milton, watch for road narrowing throughLittle Milton. After 4.6 miles, turn left on the common in Stadhampton onto the B480 (M).At 8.6 miles, fork left towards Stoke Talmage and over the climb of Clare Hill. Carry straight on until, at 12.4 miles turn left tojoin A40 (M).Proceed along the A40 to the finish line to cover 15 miles at Milton Common approximately 500 metres before A329 junctionto complete 1 lap of 4. At the T-Junction beyond the start/finish, turn left (M) to join A329 again.The lap board will indicate 3 laps to go at the first passage of the finish.RIDERS - ONCE YOU HAVE FINISHED PLEASE BE SURE TO KEEP CLEAR OF RACE CONVOY AND RIDERS STILL RACING TO THEFINISH – IT CAN BE A VERY BUSY AREA. PLEASE MAKE YOUR WAY BACK TO HQ WHICH IS APPROX 2-MILES AWAY.


NOTES:1. THE RACE WILL FINISH AT APPROX FROM 13.00 TO 13.15.2. PHOTO FINISH VIDEO CAMERA. PLEASE ENSURE NUMBERS ARE FLAT AND CLEARLY VIEWABLE SO THE JUDGES CANPLACE RIDERS.3. IF FOR ANY REASON THE RACE HAS TO BE STOPPED, IT WILL BE DONE SO BY WAVING A BLACK FLAG – EITHER FROM ALEAD CAR OR BY ONE OF THE RACE OFFICIALS – PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, SLOW DOWN AND STOP IMMEDIATELY – ANDCALL OUT TO YOUR FELLOW RIDERS.4. PARKING AT THE FINISH IS LIMITED. PLEASE ASK ANY FOLLOWERS TO PARK AT LEAST 50 METRES BEYOND THE FINISHLINE AND WELL UP ON THE LEFT HAND GRASS VERGE. DO NOT PARK IN THE TAPED OFF AREAS.5. NO UNOFFICIAL FOLLOWING CARS OR SERVICE VEHICLES ARE ALLOWED6. WE ARE IN HORSE TERRITORY SO BE AWARE – AND BE CONSIDERATE.7. THE ROADS ARE GENERALLY WELL SURFACED. AREAS WITH POTHOLES HAVE BEEN FILLED AND ARROWED.8. IN ADDITION TO STATIC MARSHALS WE ARE DELIGHTED TO HAVE THE ASSISTANCE OF 4 MOTO MARSHALS FROM THENATIONAL ESCORT GROUP – PLEASE TAKE NOTICE OF ANY DIRECTION THAT THEY GIVE.9. NEUTRAL SERVICE WILL BE PROVIDED BY GRANT PHILLIPS. PLEASE PROVIDE WHEELS TO ENSURE SERVICE. NOTEJUNIORS MUST ENSURE CORRECT GEARING FOR SERVICE WHEELS.10. FEED ZONE.
