Suchearnest money will not bear any interest.4) Tenderer should submit self-attested copies of PAN & VAT (ST Certificate).Contd: p/2

(2)5) Earnest money of the successful tenderer(s) will be converted into security depositwhich will be released after completion of lifting materials and settlement of account in fullsatisfaction.6) Earnest money of the unsuccessful tenderers will be refunded immediately afterfinalization of the tender.7) The tenderers should quote the rates in the specified format enclosed herewith. VAT &TCS as applicable will be charged extra from this end for the materials.8) The successful tenderer will have to make full payment for the cost of the materials byDemand Draft drawn in favour of “West Bengal Agro-Industries Corporation Ltd.”payable at Kolkata on any nationalized bank within 7 (Seven) days from the date ofcommunication of acceptance of rates by the Corporation failing which the earnest moneywill be liable to be forfeited.9) Successful tenderer will have to lift materials within 20 (twenty) days from the date ofmeeting full payment failing which the Corporation shall not be responsible for any loss inquality of materials. The successful tenderer would lift the materials from the site at his costwithin the specified time as mentioned above.
