From the Passo Val Mora (1934m),the route crosses the border to Italy andleads on to the Lago di S.Giacomo and Lagodi Livigno.LIVIGNO - ST.MORITZ 44 km /1100 hmThe Chaschauna pass is one of the highestobstacles on the Alpine Bike route at 2694mhigh. This is followed by a descent down toOberengadin and on to S-chanf and a rela -xing journey through the «champagne climate»to St.Moritz.ST.MORITZ - BIVIO 37 km / 1100 hmThe stretch along the magnificent Ober -engadiner lakes is pure pleasure. The regionknown as «Surselva» is one of the last re -maining areas where Rhaeto-Romance languagesare spoken on a daily basis. The MTB route leads upwards tothe top of the pass, mostly away from theroad.
