Production (cont’d)<strong>Guide</strong> the students through the ‘Production of Paper’. Make sure that theyunderstand each part.Pairwork1. Ask the students to get into pairs and design a poster about the productionof a particular good (not paper!) or service, showing the kinds of land, labour,capital and enterprise used. <strong>The</strong>y can use the ‘Production of Paper’ modelas a guide, but you should emphasise that you are looking for original andcreative ideas. Give them about 30 minutes to design the poster.<strong>The</strong>n ask each pair to present their poster to the class. After eachpresentation, ask the class whether they think the pair have forgottenanything, and whether the items are listed under the correct categories.Finally, when all the pairs have finished, have a vote on which poster was thebest. Pairs cannot vote for themselves.Groupwork2. Put students into groups of 3-5. Ask them to decide on two goods that areproduced in their community. Monitor the groups to check that they are notall choosing the same goods. <strong>The</strong>n give each group about 10-15 minutes toidentify the land, labour, capital and enterprise required in the production ofeach of their goods.
