What can I use a garage for?We will rent you a garage to store your car or other motor vehicle.You must not use the garage for any business, trade or professionalpurpose. You must not store inflammable or potentially dangeroussubstances or materials, with the exception of fuel contained in thetanks of garaged vehicles.If you don’t keep the garage in a clean and tidy condition, we maynotify you in writing that you must tidy up. We will tell you in thenotice how long you have to do this.If you fail to comply with the notice, we may, after a reasonableperiod, enter the premises, do the necessary work and charge thecost (including any administration costs) to you.RepairsWe will keep the structure and exterior of the garage in good repair.You are responsible for repair or replacement of any item damaged,due to any act or neglect on your part or by members of yourhousehold or visitors.Replacement keys or locks will also be your responsibility.What happens if I don’t pay the rent?If the rent is not paid regularly we will end the tenancy by servingyou with a Notice to Quit.
