SUITE CATERING INFORMATIONWelcome to the Scotiabank Saddledome. The <strong>Calgary</strong> <strong>Flames</strong> stand ready to accommodateall of your suite food and beverage needs. In order to ensure that your visit to theScotiabank Saddledome is even more pleasurable, we offer the following information.ORDERING PRIOR TO THE EVENTTo guarantee that <strong>Calgary</strong> <strong>Flames</strong> Food Services will meet all of your food and beverageneeds, we request that you place your orders by 12:00 noon, two (2) business daysbefore the event for all your advance menu selections, especially when orderingitems. For example: Wednesday for Friday events, Thursday for events occurring onSaturday, Sunday and Monday.All items marked with requiretwo (2) business days (by 12:00 noon) advance notice.The best way to place your order is by email at foodorder@calgaryflames.com. Pleaserequest a copy of our order sheet so that you can order via email. This way you alwayshave a record of your order.ORDERING DURING THE EVENTA suite attendant will be happy to assist you in placing a food and beverage order duringan event.CANCELLATIONSIf you need to cancel a suite food or beverage order, please contact our Suite ServicesOffice with your cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the event to avoid being chargedfor your order.METHODS OF PAYMENTAccounts may be paid with cash or credit card. Suite holders may provide a credit cardnumber for all orders to be charged to their suite. Presenting the credit card at the endof service would then not be necessary. If you are a guest and are responsible for yourown food and beverage service, please inform the <strong>Calgary</strong> <strong>Flames</strong> Food Services whetheryou will be paying by cash or credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express or DinersClub EnRoute).


PAR STOCKING SYSTEMAs a convenience, you may wish to maintain a minimum stock level of beverages. Wewill automatically replenish as needed to keep your beverage stock at the desired level.An extra charge may appear on your credit card for restocking after an event. Contact uson the Suite Order Line for more details and to establish your par stock.SUITE DELIVERYFood and beverage orders will be available in your suite approximately one and one-halfhours before the event. When placing your order, please let us know the desired time ofdelivery.EQUIPMENT AND CHINAAll suites will be provided with the necessary chafers and other service equipment. Areasonable amount of china, silverware and glassware will be available in your suite.Special requests can be accommodated with 48 hours notice.ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGESDue to the Alberta Liquor Control Board Laws and company policy, all alcoholicbeverages must be purchased from within the building and may not be removed fromthe premises. Although it is the responsibility of the suite holder to ensure that no minorsor intoxicated persons consume alcoholic beverages in their suite, <strong>Calgary</strong> <strong>Flames</strong> FoodServices reserves the right to check for proper identification and refuse service to personswho appear to be intoxicated or prevent patrons from leaving the building with alcoholicbeverages.SPECIAL SERVICES<strong>Calgary</strong> <strong>Flames</strong> Food Services would be delighted to assist you in planning specialfunctions in your suite with advance notice.
