Critical criteria for Event and Brand Activation Management:1.1 BEE equity of 45%- A Company responding to this Tender must have at least 45% Blackequity.- The Company is required to submit proof of the equity status of thecompany.- The SABC reserves the right to verify information submitted for theCompany’s own account1.2 A valid tax clearance certificate must be submitted- Companies must submit a valid tax clearance certificate.1.3 List of Events- Client references must be supplied1.4 RegionsCommercial-in-Confidence 5
