The Dolomite Centre LtdFabrication GuidelinesFabrication of the PDMS device can be carried out using existing soft lithographicmethods and equipment:1. Fabricate a photoresist master (spin coat photoresist onto a silicon wafer, exposeand develop).2. Degas the PDMS mixture. Then cast the PDMS onto the master, cure and peelthe wafer of PDMS replicas from the photoresist master. The PDMS height shouldbe no greater than 6 mm.3. Dice the wafer of PDMS replicas into individual chips ensuring that outerdimensions are within the allowed size.4. Ensure that bonding surfaces of the glass and PDMS are clean then expose bothsurfaces to O 2 plasma.5. Align PDMS pad features to holes in the glass slide by eye or using lowmagnification eyepiece or viewer. Apply light pressure to create bond.6.
