PIDE A LA CONSEJERA QUEPARALICE SU IMPLANTACIÓNCC.OO pide a la Consejería de Educación que utilice los vacíos legales existentes para argumentarlegalmente la no aplicación el próximo curso escolar de la FP Básica: HAY RA-ZONES DE SOBRASEl Real Decreto 127/2014 que regula la Formación Profesional Básica (FP Básica), según CCOO,deja numerosos vacíos e indefiniciones que pueden sustentar su no aplicación porque en cualquiercaso debe prevalecer siempre el bien común. El alumnado que curse estas enseñanzas nopodrá titular ya que terminará un año antes de que se implanten las pruebas de las reválidas.Esta FP Básica conlleva dificultades evidentes para la regulación de toda la oferta que se deberealizar en Aragón, pues habrá serios inconvenientes para aprobar y publicar los propios Decretoscurriculares de estos estudios antes del inicio del próximo curso escolar. “No se puede aplicarun currículum que no se ha aprobado y publicado”.En CC.OO. creemos que a este escenario se añadirían nuevas dificultades que tener en cuenta,como la carencia de un claro marco de financiación para su implantación. El Departamento noquiere realizar las obras que requieren bastantes centros, dicen que no disponen de presupuestopara ello; tampoco parecen tenerlo para dotar a los centros y al profesorado con todos los recursosy medios materiales necesarios. A día de hoy, no tener resueltas estas cuestiones es unairresponsabilidad muy grave, lo cual es per se razón suficiente para suspender su implantación.Hemos preguntado desde hace semanas y resulta que aún no hay previsión de costes ni presupuesto,nadie sabe cuantos tendrán FPB y cuantos no, cuales serán y por qué. Las pocas respuestasfirmes que arrancamos como las ratios, se rectifican en pocos días: a principios de mesera de 20 alumnos por aula de FPB y ahora es de 15, pero no es seguro.Tenemos que denunciar que hasta el momento se ha hecho poco, tarde y mal, la falta de previsióny el exceso de confianza, junto al estilo autoritario, son parte consustancial a una <strong>for</strong>ma degobernar consistente en apropiarse de lo público mientras dure el mandato de las urnas, les interesael poder paro no la buena gestión.CC.OO. Se preocupa porque de todo esto pueden surgir líneas que perjudiquen a la enseñanzapública: nuevos conciertos en la enseñanza privada, recortes en los centros públicos de grupos(en materias optativas por ejemplo), aumento de ratios, traslados de enseñanzas a otros centrosen condiciones de desventaja, etc.Tampoco se ha realizado una negociación de las modificaciones horarias en las especialidades yde las nuevas condiciones de trabajo de los docentes que impartirán esta FP Básica.TODO SOBRE LA “FORMACIÓN PROFESIONAL BÁSICA”ASPECTOS ESPECÍFICOS Y CURRÍCULOS BÁSICOSL.OM.C.E.
