Kondo,<strong>Commission</strong>er, filed on August 31, 2010 filed in Docket No. 2008-0274("2008-0274 D&O") by the <strong>Public</strong> <strong>Utilities</strong> <strong>Commission</strong> ("<strong>Commission</strong>"), the deadline forthe Division of Consumer Advocacy of the Department of Commerce and ConsumerAffairs ("Consumer Advocate") to file a Statement of Position ("SOP") is 30 days afterthe HECO Companies^ make their Revenue Balancing Account ("RBA") provisionfilings.This is to inform the <strong>Commission</strong> that the Consumer Advocate is continuing toreview HELCO's RBA provision filing that was filed on March 28, 2013. As part of thatreview, there are responses to certain information requests that are still outstanding. Itis the Consumer Advocate's understanding that HELCO should be responding to theoutstanding information requests on April 29, 2013. Since HELCO's RBA provision tariffwas filed on March 28, 2013, pursuant to the 2008-0274 D&O, the Consumer AdvocateThe HECO Companies is comprised of <strong>Hawaii</strong>an Electric Company, Inc. ("HECO"), <strong>Hawaii</strong>Electric Light Company, Inc. ("HELCO") and Maui Electric Company, Limited ("MECO").
