Therefore, even if there is a powerfailure and reconnection is needed, it will notaffect the previous setting parameters. So thereis no reconfiguration involved. Moreover,medium is not in contact to the sensing element.There will be no wear and tear to the sensingelement during repeat operation.As Magnetostrictive Level Transmitter givesdirect signal output, additional output interface isnot needed. OPERATING PRINCIPLEMagnetostrictive Transmitter measures theaccurate medeum (D) by calculating the timetravel of signal formed by two differentmagnetic field. One magnetic field comesfrom the float ball, and the other comes fromthe current pulse given by the waveguidetube.When the pulse signal is reversed back to thewaveguide coil, the transmitter will calculatethe float ball (liquid level) based on the timeinterval and travel speed the pulse signalbetween the two magnet field.This action is coatinuous and timely.
