On October 8, 2012, I spoke with John Bruner of Cochnower Pest Control. Headmitted they did not apply the correct amount of chemical. He further stated thesalesman who sold the job has been terminated and they have already contactedthe contractor and admitted to him their error and gave him a five year guaranteeanyway.B. Cochnower Pest Control was cited for violation of section 65(2) of the IndianaPesticide Use and Application Law for failure to follow label directed applicationrates.
