A studentcan choose any one of the official pants colors.Pants must be straight-legged or boot cut. Full-length pants, crop pants, cargo pants and straight-legged capri pants are permitted. Jeans, pedal pushers, andbell-bottoms are not permitted.Walking shorts are permitted – straight-legged shorts that are at the knee.Pants must fit at the waist and not be oversized (e.g., Baggy pants, sagging pants, tights, or pants made of spandex are prohibited.) Belts must be fitted andput through belt loops.Skirts or jumpers must be at or below the knee.Shirts must be tucked on the inside unless they are over shirts made to be worn over pants and skirts.Manufacturers’ logos or brand names cannot be visible on the clothing.Shoes can have heels no higher than one and one-half inches. Under Tennessee law, certain immunizations are required of students enrolled in public schools. Students must have the newofficial Tennessee Certificate of Immunization.Kindergarteners and students new to TN schools must have either been vaccinated against with two doses or have had chickenpox (varicella), 3 doses of hepatitis B(HBV), 4 doses of polio vaccine, DTaP, or DT (diphtheria/tetanus/pertussis), 2 doses of MMR (measles/mumps/rubella), Poliomyelitis (IPV or OPV) final dose on orafter the 4 th birthday now required and Hepatitis A: total of 2 doses, spaced at least 6 months apart.
