A website has also been developed that allows students toview <strong>the</strong> USF privacy policy <strong>and</strong> update <strong>the</strong>ir level <strong>of</strong> disclosure.In addition to recordkeeping for students in traditional credit courses, student records <strong>are</strong> kept forparticipants in CEU courses <strong>and</strong> non-credit courses. Educational Outreach maintainscomputerized participant records for all students who take non-credit courses for ContinuingEducation Units (CEU’s) for all programs administered through accounts in <strong>the</strong> School’sExtension Incidental Auxiliary. In addition, Educational Outreach maintains computerizedparticipant records for students in continuing education activities where CEU’s <strong>are</strong> now awardedbut where participants <strong>the</strong>mselves pay for <strong>the</strong> activity or where attendance or participation iso<strong>the</strong>rwise recorded in activities conducted through <strong>the</strong> auxiliary.
