Who are TEN Group?TEN is a small group of primarily senior localgovernment officers in London who havemet regularly over eight years to share ideasand exchange knowledge on how to achieveurban renaissance. Using the principle oflooking and learning they visit pioneeringprojects to draw out lessons that can beapplied in their own authorities.

Only minutes walk away, Zac Claude Bernard gives anentirely different impression;Crisp, clean and thriving.
