LUIS SANTOS (URUGUAY), Chair of the <strong>Adaptation</strong> <strong>Fund</strong> BoardMr. Santos has been involved at the national level from the startof implementation of the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Depletethe Ozone Layer (1992) and the United Nations Framework Conventionon Climate Change (1994).
