SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT TO TAKE THE EXAMINATIONOnce you have made payment for your examination services,you are ready to schedule your examination. It is important toremember that you are responsible for contacting <strong>PSI</strong> toschedule your examination. <strong>PSI</strong> will make every effort toschedule the examination site and time that are mostconvenient for you. To schedule your examination using atouch-tone phone, call <strong>PSI</strong> 24 hours a day at (800) 733-9267.To schedule with a <strong>PSI</strong> registrar, call Monday through Friday,between 6:30 am and 7:00 pm and Saturday, between 10:00am and 4:00 pm, Central Time.Note: You must pass the Written Portion of the examinationbefore you can schedule the Practical Portion.RESCHEDULING AN EXAMINATION APPOINTMENTYou may reschedule an examination appointment withoutforfeiting your fee if your notice is received 2 days before thescheduled examination date. Every effort will be made to reschedule yourexamination at a convenient time as soon as possible.DUPLICATE SCORE REPORTSYou can write to <strong>PSI</strong>, not TDLR, to request a duplicate of yourscore report for up to 1 year after your examination. The feefor a duplicate score report is $15. Money order or cashier’scheck ONLY.EXAMINATION REVIEW<strong>PSI</strong>, in cooperation with TDLR, will be regularly evaluating theexaminations being administered to ensure that theexaminations accurately measure competency in the requiredknowledge areas. Comments may be entered on the computerkeyboard during the written examination. Your commentsregarding the questions and the examinations are welcomed.Comments will be analyzed by <strong>PSI</strong> examination developmentstaff. While <strong>PSI</strong> does not respond to individuals regardingthese comments, all valid comments are reviewed. If, on arare occasion, an error affecting examination scores isdiscovered, the scores of all affected candidates will beautomatically adjusted. This is the only review ofthe written examination available to candidates. There isNO review of the Practical examination.EXAMINATION SITE LOCATIONSSPECIAL EXAMINATION ARRANGEMENTSAll examination centers are equipped to provide access inaccordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of1990, and every reasonable accommodation will be made inmeeting a candidate’s needs.
