Statement of Responsibility
1. The Board and management of Northland District Health Board and group accepts responsibility for the preparation of the Annual
Financial Statements and Statement of Service Performance and the judgements used in them.
2. The Board and management of Northland District Health Board accepts responsibility for establishing and maintaining a system of
internal control, designed to provide reasonable assurance as to the integrity and reliability of fi nancial and non fi nancial
reporting.
3. In the opinion of the Board and management of Northland District Health Board, the Financial Statements and the Statement of
Service Performance for the year ended 30 June 2010 fairly refl ect the fi nancial position and operations of Northland District
Health Board and group.
