The Chapin family, consisting of Cliff,
the community. Cliff explains about his
choice for moving to Meeker, “I chose
to settle in Meeker because of the
friendly small town atmosphere and
outstanding outdoor recreational
resources.” He adds, “I cannot thank
the community enough for the patronage
it has given me for the 26 years of
practice.”
proficiency and achievement in chapter
a point system.
