Key Information for BolesworthInternational 2015For all International entries, including amateur, please visit bolesworthinternational.com and downloadthe International schedule. Entries must be made via the FEI online entries system and via yournational federation.International horses must be stabled on site for the duration of the show and may not leave at any time.Horses may only compete in National or International classes not both.Declarations close at 18:30 each evening for the following day’s classes.Drawn orders will be published by 19:00 on bolesworthinternational.comStables CateringThe stables catering will open from 16:30 on Tuesday 16th June 2015.It will open at 06:30 each day till one hour after the final class.Grooms catering vouchers are redeemable at all mobile outlets around the venue.They entitle the holder to a meal with chips and a drink or breakfast with a drink.Bolesworth BistroBolesworth Bistro will be open from Tuesday 16th June 16:30 and is a Bistro style restaurant and bar.From Wednesday 17th June the Bistro will be open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner from 07.00 to23:00.Please see Hospitality marquee for drinking arrangements after 22:30.Official’s food vouchers are redeemable here.Breakfast entitles you to a breakfast with toast and a drink.Lunch entitles you to soup, sandwich and a drink.Dinner entitles you to a two course dinner, either starter + main course or main course + dessert, with adrink.Bolesworth Corporate HospitalityBolesworth Corporate Hospitality opens from Thursday 18th June at 10:00 each day.Bolesworth VIP Reserved Tables are available from 07.00 on Thursday 18th June for 4 days.The format of this area has changed and now includes all food.Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon Tea and dinner are available.They are available for daytime sessions, evening sessions or both.Please ensure you vacate your table by 18.00 if you have only booked daytime.4* International riders and partners will be catered for in this area, breakfast lunch and dinner.At 22:30 on Thursday and each subsequent evening at the same time, the Bolesworth CorporateHospitality marquee will be open to all with bar and DJ.8
