Introducing the <strong>APICS</strong> Customer-Focused Supply Chain<br />
Management Course<br />
The <strong>APICS</strong> <strong>Cleveland</strong> chapter is pleased to announce a new, one-day course for professionals in functions<br />
that support the supply chain (for example, sales and marketing, accounting, information technology,<br />
and senior executives).<br />
Customer-Focused Supply Chain Management is a 7 hour class that will provide an insider’s view of<br />
supply chain management. It offers fundamental knowledge of the functions of SCM and is designed<br />
to quickly and effectively educate team members who interact with or support supply chain activities,<br />
helping to increase efficiency and generate ideas for improvements.<br />
After this course, participants can more fully contribute to the cross-functional and interorganizational<br />
processes of a successful supply chain. Further, the class leads participants and others<br />
in their organizations to the <strong>APICS</strong> Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified in Production<br />
and Inventory Management (CPIM), and other <strong>APICS</strong> programs.<br />
The course strengthens the entire team and fosters appreciation of a properly structured and managed<br />
supply chain.<br />

Please note PDM fees. <strong>APICS</strong> Member $25, Non-member $35, Student Member $10, and Student<br />
Non-Member $15. However, for registrations not on-line, accompanied by a billing to a credit card,<br />
PDM fees will increase by $5 and payable at the door in either cash or a check. Payment at the door<br />
is <strong>APICS</strong> Member $30, Non-member $40, Student Member $15, and Student Non-Member $20.<br />
Cancellation will still be accepted up to 48 hours before the PDM with a full refund.”<br />
