Calendars are produced overnight and immediately<br />
published on the <strong>House</strong> legislative website. <strong>The</strong><br />
Calendar staff tracks a bill all the way through the<br />
committee process and monitors its availability for<br />
placement on the Calendar <strong>of</strong> the <strong>House</strong>. This unit<br />
publishes the Clerk’s Manual, maintains the<br />
database for the members’ web pages, maintains<br />
and publishes committee membership listings, and<br />
<strong>House</strong> staff information in various forms.<br />

<strong>House</strong> bill subscriptions (for members and the<br />
general public), daily Journals, daily Calendars,<br />

Documents & Distribution and Stationery <strong>of</strong>fice.<br />
<strong>The</strong> Stationery staff processes the staff and member<br />
business cards, note cards, and envelope orders that<br />
are then sent to Print Services for printing.<br />

<strong>The</strong> Editorial/Verification unit pro<strong>of</strong>reads all<br />
printed materials produced by the Office <strong>of</strong> the<br />
Clerk in order to ensure the accuracy <strong>of</strong> documents.<br />
Engrossing & Enrolling<br />

Engrossing & Enrolling staff incorporate<br />
amendments adopted by <strong>House</strong> or Senate floor<br />
action into <strong>House</strong> bills. Once bills pass both<br />
houses, they are enrolled and signed by <strong>House</strong> and<br />
Senate <strong>of</strong>ficers for presentation to the Governor.<br />
<strong>The</strong> Engrossing & Enrolling unit publishes Guide<br />
to <strong>Florida</strong> Government, Welcome to the <strong>Florida</strong><br />
<strong>House</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Representatives</strong> Handbook, and <strong>The</strong><br />
People <strong>of</strong> Lawmaking in <strong>Florida</strong>.<br />
