sitting as the Utility Siting Board, energy related programs and activities within the Department <strong>of</strong><br />
Environmental Protection, the Department <strong>of</strong> Agriculture & Consumer Services, the Department <strong>of</strong><br />
Community Affairs, the <strong>Florida</strong> Building Commission, and the Department <strong>of</strong> Management Services,<br />
