Glenn is the assistant publicdefender for the municipality <strong>of</strong> FortPierce, Fla. Almost completely deafsince early childhood, Glenn was thesubject <strong>of</strong> an admiring pr<strong>of</strong>ile in a localnewspaper, the TC Palm, on Nov. 8,2007. The story recounted Glenn’smethod <strong>of</strong> lip reading to track what thejudge, prosecutor or witnesses are sayingin court to know what’s going on.
