The ASCII command SCAN looks for the connected Drives in combined RS232 and CAN application.Example:Three SR600 are connected by CAN BUS• DRIVE1 has CAN address 1,• DRIVE2 has CAN address 2,• DRIVE3 has CAN address 5.The command SCAN gives back the address from each station.In this case: 1 2 5Data ControlPROMPT 0PROMPT 1PROMPT 2PROMPT 3= no character response to the host.= character by character response to the host= reserve= character by character response with checksum.Example: PROMPT set to 3All characters of an command will be add up by modulo 256.
