Search and rescue services for aircraft flying in theShannon Oceanic Transition Area airspace will continue tobe provided as heretofore by the Centre(s) nominated fromtime to time by the appropriate Secretary of State for theGovernment of the United Kingdom.9 . The Government of Ireland will bear the costs of providingAir Traffic, Flight Information and Alerting Services inthe Shannon Oceanic Transition Area.10.
