Asbusinesses attempt <strong>to</strong>forge greater linkagesbetween performanceand reward, it is notsurprising that overtwo-thirds (68%) of Irishbusiness leaders plan <strong>to</strong>redesign <strong>the</strong>ir companybonus scheme.
