In 2003 ourChinese production plant reached the demandinginternational ISO9001 standards for qualitymanagement. Endeavoring to further improve andperfect our production methods, we have recentlyinvested in a staff of highly trained engineers tooversee the sub-suppliers and in-house assembly.We now control the entire spectrum of production,from initial design ideas all the way to the finishedproduct.Testing has become a proud obligation for theentire SERENE HOUSE community. Our 400 membersof staff have an eye on each step of the productioncycle to make sure that no faulty products reachour customers. In addition, our safety engineerand our designers stand in close contact withinternational institutions such as UL, Tüv, CSA andCE. These institutions will test all finalized projectsbefore they are released for production.Quality and safety are as demanding to attainas they are to maintain. Being consistentlyinnovative is no easy task either. That’s why SERENEHOUSE believes in above average salaries and ahealthy work environment.
