OUR COFFEE<br />
Our coffee is made using beans<br />
supplied to us by Coffee Supreme<br />
– an independent coffee roaster<br />
based in Richmond, Victoria.<br />
We make our coffee using their<br />
South blend which delivers<br />
outstanding smoothness and<br />
length, with lingering malty<br />
chocolate flavour in the finish.<br />
We care about Australia’s dairy<br />
farmers so we source our milk<br />
from Jonsey’s Dairy Fresh<br />
milk. Jonsey’s is an Australian<br />
owned company who show their<br />
commitment to the sustainability<br />
of our dairy industry by paying<br />
their farmers fairly, ensuring<br />
consistent protein levels & by<br />
only sourcing from farms with<br />
the highest standards of pasture<br />
management & animal health.<br />
Not all soymilk is made equal,<br />
so we use Bonsoy which is<br />
made using organic, GMO free<br />
soybeans and contains no gluten,<br />
cholesterol, preservatives, colour<br />
or chemicals.<br />

family-owned company South<br />
Gippsland Eggs, our eggs are only<br />
one day old upon delivery. Laid by<br />
free-range hens who are free to<br />
roam through natural grassland<br />
and sunlight, SGE hens are also<br />
fed on a natural & gluten free diet.<br />
