<strong>College</strong> Policies and Proceduresfees promptly by no later than <strong>the</strong> due date. In particularly difficult circumstances, parents may consultconfidentially with <strong>the</strong> Business Manager or Principal on <strong>the</strong> payment of <strong>College</strong> fees prior <strong>to</strong> <strong>the</strong>ir duedate. In particular, contributions <strong>to</strong> <strong>the</strong> Capital Building Levy at le<strong>as</strong>t at <strong>the</strong> suggested level are anticipated.Contributions <strong>to</strong>wards <strong>the</strong> Voluntary Building Fund are especially received.12. All parents actively support <strong>the</strong> <strong>College</strong> through involvement in <strong>the</strong> tuckshop, learning support, social justiceinitiatives, Parents’ and Friends’ meetings, special community celebrations, parent/teacher interviews, sport,etc.13. The <strong>College</strong> reserves <strong>the</strong> right <strong>to</strong> inspect student lockers, bags, desks, etc. if deemed necessary. Illegal,dangerous and/or prohibited goods will be confiscated.14. Privacy Legislation requirements will be adhered <strong>to</strong>. Exhibit politeness and respect for o<strong>the</strong>rs <strong>as</strong> <strong>the</strong>y are an essential part of <strong>College</strong> life.4. Be courteous, co-operative and well behaved especially while travelling <strong>to</strong> and from <strong>the</strong> <strong>College</strong> and during<strong>College</strong> endorsed activities.5.
