The latter has been especially significant with the introduction of 1:1 laptops for Year 10 students.Faculty development and inservicing focussed on developing curriculum differentiation in the teaching programs and the integrationof ICT into their teaching.<strong>San</strong> <strong>Clemente</strong> is part of the Australia wide Dominican Family of <strong>School</strong>s. To ensure the Dominican charism is kept alive, sixmembers of staff attended the Bi-Annual Dominican Education Conference held in Melbourne in September.Studies and student coordinators along with some staff participated in the <strong>Catholic</strong> <strong>School</strong>s SKLAN meetings – these meetingsrelating to particular Key Learning Areas or other areas of responsibility. Some staff attended various conferences related to theirareas of teaching expertise.A significant number of teachers are completing external studies in Educational Leadership and Religious Education.Teacher AttendanceThe average teacher attendance rate for this school is 95%.Teacher RetentionThe teacher retention rate from 2011 to <strong>2012</strong> was 100%.
