Although it will be useful for current managers orleaders who are new to the manager role, it is also designed for those individuals who wish to grow anddevelop within their programs. <strong>The</strong> workshop will use a variety of methods such as didactic, assessment,as well as activities; there will be a heavy emphasis in each section on communication and engagingchange.
