attend the meeting.10.3 Any amendment to the <strong>Tender</strong> <strong>Document</strong> listed in ITT Sub-Clause8.1 that may become necessary as a result of the pre-<strong>Tender</strong>meeting shall be made by the Procuring Entity exclusively throughthe issue of an Amendment as stated under ITT Sub-Clause 11and not through the minutes of the pre-<strong>Tender</strong> meeting.10.4 Non-attendance at the pre-<strong>Tender</strong> meeting will not be a cause fordisqualification of a <strong>Tender</strong>er.11. Addendumto <strong>Tender</strong><strong>Document</strong>s11.1 At any time prior to the deadline for submission of <strong>Tender</strong>s, theProcuring Entity on its own initiative or in response to a clarificationrequest in writing from a <strong>Tender</strong>er, having purchased the <strong>Tender</strong><strong>Document</strong> or as a result of a Pre-<strong>Tender</strong> meeting, may revise the<strong>Tender</strong> <strong>Document</strong> by issuing an addendum pursuant to Rule 95 ofthe Public Procurement Rules 2008.11.2 The addendum issued under ITT Sub-Clause 11.1 shallbecome an integral part of the <strong>Tender</strong> <strong>Document</strong> and shall havea date and an issue number and shall be circulated by fax, mailor e-mail, to <strong>Tender</strong>ers who have purchased the <strong>Tender</strong><strong>Document</strong>s within five (5) working days of issuance of suchaddendum, to enable <strong>Tender</strong>ers to take appropriate action.11.3 The <strong>Tender</strong>er shall acknowledge receipt of an addendum withinthree (3) working days.11.4 <strong>Tender</strong>ers who have purchased the <strong>Tender</strong> <strong>Document</strong>s but havenot received any addendum issued under ITT Sub-clause 11.1shall inform the Procuring Entity of the fact by fax, mail or e-mailbefore two-third of the time allowed for the submission of <strong>Tender</strong>shas elapsed.11.5 Procuring Entities shall also ensure posting of relevant addendawith the reference number and date on their website includingNotice board.11.6 To give a prospective <strong>Tender</strong>er reasonable time in which totake an amendment into account in preparing its <strong>Tender</strong>, theProcuring Entity may, at its discretion, extend the deadline forthe submission of <strong>Tender</strong>s, pursuant to Rule 95(6) of the PublicProcurement Rules 2008 and under ITT Clause 36.11.7 If an addendum is issued when time remaining is less than onethirdof the time allowed for the preparation of <strong>Tender</strong>s, aProcuring Entity shall extend the deadline by an appropriatenumber of days for the submission of <strong>Tender</strong>s, depending uponthe nature of the Procurement requirement and the addendum.The minimum time for such extension shall not be less thanthree (3) days.C. Qualification Criteria12. GeneralCriteria12.1 The Procuring Entity requires the <strong>Tender</strong>er to be qualified bymeeting predefined, precise minimum requirements, whichentails setting pass/fail criteria, which if not met by the<strong>Tender</strong>er, will result in rejection of its <strong>Tender</strong>.12.2 In addition to meeting the eligibility criteria, as stated in ITTClause 5, the <strong>Tender</strong>er must satisfy the other criteria stated inITT Clauses 13 to 15 inclusive.12.3 To qualify for a multiple number of lots in a package for whichtenders are invited in the Invitation for <strong>Tender</strong>s, The <strong>Tender</strong>ershall demonstrate having resources and experience sufficient tomeet the aggregate of the qualifying criteria for the individualPG3/ EEE/ <strong>KUET</strong>/ HVLK 12
